Privacy Policy.

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, order Montana Saved Me, or use Gina's Healing App and 30 Days to Thrive, and how we use and protect it.
Who we are
This website, our checkout pages and Gina's Healing App are operated by Gina Ritchie Original (“we,” “us” or “our”). If you have any question about your information, email us at [email protected].
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you order, sign up or contact us, we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your shipping and billing address
- Your order details, such as what you bought and when
- Messages you send us, including support emails
Payment information. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
Information you add to the app. If you use Gina's Healing App or 30 Days to Thrive, the app stores what you choose to enter, such as daily check-ins, journal entries, prayers, Tribute Wall posts, your 30-day progress and questions you send. Some of this may be personal or sensitive, including your feelings, health or past experiences. You decide what to share.
Voice journaling. When you speak into the app, your voice is turned into text so you can journal. The app does not save your audio recording.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our pages and app collect basic technical information, such as your browser, device, pages visited and general location from your IP address, using cookies and similar tools, which may include advertising pixels such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These help us understand which ads and pages are useful. You can limit cookies in your browser settings.
How we use your information
- To process your order, ship your book and give you access to digital products
- To run the app and its features, including Gina, your AI companion
- To send order confirmations, access details and customer support replies
- To send emails from Gina about the book, the app and future offers. You can unsubscribe at any time
- To improve our website, products and app
- To prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations
Gina, your AI companion
The app includes an AI companion, “Gina, your AI companion,” built from Gina's words and experience. It is not Gina typing live, and it is not a person. To answer you, what you type into the AI companion is sent to a third-party artificial intelligence provider, which processes it under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not allow it to be used to identify you, and we do not sell it. Please do not enter information you would not want processed this way, such as full names of other people, addresses or account numbers.
Your health-related information
What you write in the app may describe your emotional or physical health. We treat it with extra care. We collect it only to provide the app's features to you, we never sell it, and we do not use it for advertising. By choosing to enter it, you consent to that use. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run our business, and only what they need to do their job:
- Our website, checkout and email platform (ClickFunnels)
- Our payment processor
- Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners, to deliver your book
- Our app hosting provider and AI provider
- Professional advisers, such as accountants or attorneys, when needed
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
Emails and text messages
If you order or sign up, we may email you. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We will not send you marketing text messages unless you separately agree to receive them. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time.
How long we keep information
We keep order records as long as needed for taxes, accounting and legal reasons. We keep app content while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your app content within a reasonable time, except where the law requires us to keep it.
How we protect information
We use reputable service providers and reasonable security measures to protect your information. No website or app can be completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private. The app's Quick Exit button can help if you need privacy fast.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state's privacy law, such as California, Colorado, Virginia or Washington. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will not treat you differently for using your rights, and we may need to confirm your identity first.
Children
Our book, app and programs deal with mature subjects and are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above. Important changes will be shared by email when appropriate.

Terms Of Use.

These Terms cover your use of our website, your orders and Gina's Healing App. We've tried to keep them clear and fair.
Agreeing to these terms
By using this website, placing an order or using Gina's Healing App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer on this page. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or products. You must be at least 18 years old to order or use the app.
Our products
- Montana Saved Me (paperback). The book is free through this offer. You pay shipping and handling: $9.97, shipped to U.S. addresses only.
- Signed Edition + Audiobook ($17). Gina signs your copy before it ships, and you receive the audiobook digitally.
- Gina's Healing App, 12 months ($67, one time). Access to the app for 12 months from purchase. It does not renew automatically.
- 30 Days to Thrive with Gina ($297, with or without the app). The 30-Day Journey in the app, a new Morning Coffee with Gina video each week for 12 months, the printable 30-Day Journal and the Behind the Book bonus.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change for future orders. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
One-click upsells
After your first order, you may see additional offers. If you click the “Yes” button on one of these offers, the price shown is charged to the payment method you just used, without re-entering your card. Each offer clearly shows its price before you choose.
Shipping
Books ship once the printing is ready. We will email you tracking when your book ships. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location, and we are not responsible for carrier delays. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. International orders may be subject to customs fees charged by your country.
Digital access
Access to the app and 30 Days to Thrive is delivered by email after purchase, with login details or a passcode. Your access is for you personally. Please do not share your login, passcode or the materials with others.
Our guarantees and refunds
- The book:if you read it and feel you got nothing meaningful from it, email us and we will refund your shipping. You keep the book.
- Gina's Healing App:full refund if you ask within 30 days of purchase.
- 30 Days to Thrive:full refund if you ask within 30 days of purchase.
- Signed Edition + Audiobook:full refund of the $17 if you ask within 30 days of purchase.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with the name and email used for your order. Refunds go back to the original payment method. When a refund is given for a digital product, access to that product ends.
Using the app
Please use the app kindly and lawfully. Do not post anything harmful, hateful or threatening, anything that is not yours to share, or anyone else's private information. You own what you write in the app. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the app to you. If you post on shared areas such as the Tribute Wall, other users may see it.
Gina, your AI companion, is an artificial intelligence tool, not a live person. Its replies are generated automatically and may sometimes be wrong or incomplete. Please use your own judgment.
Our content
The book, app, videos, journal, website, text, images and the Gina Ritchie Original name and logo belong to Gina Ritchie Original and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use them for your own personal use only. Please do not copy, resell or share them publicly without our written permission.
Limits of our responsibility
Our products are provided “as is.” We work hard to keep the website and app available, but we cannot promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, Gina Ritchie Original is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Disputes
If you have a problem, please email us first at [email protected]. Most concerns can be solved quickly and kindly. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.

They are not therapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, legal advice or crisis care, and they do not replace a licensed professional. Please talk to a qualified professional about your own health, safety and legal situation.

“Gina, your AI companion” is an artificial intelligence tool built from Gina's words and experience. It is not Gina, and it is not a person. It cannot respond to emergencies and should never be relied on in a crisis.
About the book
Montana Saved Me is a memoir. It includes honest descriptions of child abuse, domestic violence, addiction and other painful experiences, which some readers may find upsetting. It reflects Gina's own memories and perspective. Some names and details may have been changed to protect privacy.
No guaranteed results
Everyone's story is different. We cannot promise any specific result from reading the book, using the app or taking part in 30 Days to Thrive. Your experience depends on you and your circumstances.
